I was first taken to see the houseboats at Shoreham when I was about four years old and they have remained a lifelong fascination for me. Having just finished Peter James' novel 'Dead Like You' which includes a not all together pleasant character who lives on one of these houseboats, I set out to take a few slightly sinister pictures of this area.
