Below are a few of my personal favourites from my recent circumnavigation around Iceland.  It is an utterly, jaw droppingly, breathtakingly incredible country with the terrain and weather changing at almost ever turn.  During my 8 day stay I experienced craggy mountains, glistening glaciers, verdant pastures, alien craters and dramatic coastlines in blazing sunshine,  snow storms, sand storms, gusts of over 107mph and then back to blazing sunshine. If you like the Great Outdoors then this is Heaven...or perhaps Valhalla ...
